1. All Vendors: Must supply their own materials such as shade, canopies, chairs, tables, decorations, etc. Power will not be supplies (with the exception of food vendors.) All vendors have the responsibility to keep their booths clean and the areas surrounding them clean as well.

2. All Merchandise Vendors; Spiritual Readers/Consultants & Healers: Must have a copy of your city business license and resale certificate and/or Ministreal Credentials or Non-Profit information and any other pertinent legal information posted in your booth. This is your responsibility and neither Stanislaus Pagan Pride Day and Community Celebration Organizer(s)/Coordinators is responsible to provide this information to any City, County or State Organization upon request.

3. Food Vendors shall adhere to any and all City, County or State regulations regarding health, safety and business practices.

4. Set up shall be at 7:00 am Saturday October 6, 2007 and take down at 6:30pm.

5. All children 12 years of age and younger MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times.

6. Pets are not allowed.

7. All participants need to conduct themselves in a well-behaved and lawful manner at all times. This also includes the consumption of alcohol and illegal drugs, the carrying of firearms or illegal weapons.

8. This is NOT a skyclad event. Please no nudity, clothing is to be worn at all times. Any violations will result in expulsion from the event.
